This is the cash flow over time system (CF/T)that I used in my workshops during my consultant years. It's short (forty pages), but contains all of the basic information needed to understand the system. The focus is on process flow improvemet from purchasing through accounts receiveable. You should be able to install the system and test it without commiting yourself until you're satisfied it will work for you. This is a true PROFIT BUILDING - PROFIT SHARING SYSTEM.You'll learn how to develop a realistic base measure so you can compare actual results to expected results on a weekly bases. There's no need to do a profit and loss statement in order to tell if you're making a profit or not. Profit is built into the base measure.You only have to look at one number each week to know how well you're doing.
